Important Notes from our industrial centre
Recommendation on Z-Copr 3D Printing
- Blender model should be converted to STL format for 3D printing, the STL file should be checked and fixed before production. Try NOT to output your STL file into too high resolution, the file size should be keep less than 10MB
- Check the Center of Gravity of your model, add the "BaseTemplate.blend" part before converting to STL format
- Minimum thickness for all parts should be kept around 2-3mm
- Avoid sharp edges in the design; add at least 0.5mm fillet to round all sharp edges if necessary
- While building a bulk solid, it is recommended to hollow the bold parts and the shell thickness should be keep within 3-4mm. Besides, a 4-5mm hole is needed for powder removal
